DDC Interactive Map
Daventry District Council has launched it’s new interactive map to log reports and complaints.
This should make it much easier when reporting issues for example – under the amenities tab you can select a bin, next click on the bin that you want to report, there are 2 options – Bin needs emptying or bin need replacing, select the option you require and it will open a new window – Self service location reporting form.
Fill in the form and send your request, you will then receive an email within 15 minutes with your reference number and a description your report/complaint. The description of complaint is a new addition that will make it easier for you to track your report/complaint if the appropriate action has not been carried out.
I have tested this out myself , below you will see an example of the email you will receive
